On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Rui Takatou, Pale Blue Dot Battle athletes Daiundoukai restartthe first promotional image of the project was published.
The series is titled Martial artist Daiundoukai restart! and its premiere is planned for 2021. On the other hand, the manga’s prologue made its debut on the website Comic Ruelle & Comic Jardin from Jitsugyo no Nihon Sha on June 26th and is still in the process of being published.
The original OVA series, Martial artist Daiundoukai was released in Japan between 1997 and 1998. The anime series, which tells the same story from different angles and characterizations, also premiered in 1997. The series contained 26 episodes produced by the studios AIC, Headed by Katsuhito akiyama and scripts from Hideyuki Kurata, published October 1997.

This new manga features an entirely new story based on the original work. The original science fiction and sports story takes place in the year 5100, when top athletes from the entire solar system fight for “Cosmic Beauty”, the champion of a huge sports tournament. The prologue chapter introduces new competitors.
