Written on the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels by Saeki-san and illustrated by Hazano Kazutake Y Hanekoto, The angel next door spoils me lazily (Otonari no Tenshi-sama nor Itsunomanika Dame Ningen nor Sareteita Ken) a new promotional video for the project was unveiled. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for January 2023 in Japan.
Saeki-san began publishing the novels through the website Shousetsuka ni Narou in December 2018 it subsequently began publication in hard copy with illustrations by jabudatami through the imprint GA Bunko from the publisher SBCreative in June 2019. A manga adaptation created by Wan Shibata will be published via the service sleeves up! from Square Enix from January 2022.

Synopsis for The angel next door spoils me
After catching a cold from giving his only umbrella to a girl sitting in the rain, Amane Fujimiya only hopes that she will eventually give it back to him. However, Mahiru Shiina, the “angel” of Amane’s school and her neighbor, gives her much more than that. Rather than just the umbrella, she insists on returning the favor by helping him recover from his cold. However, she is unaware of the battlefield that is Amane’s abode.
The only word Mahiru can find in her mouth to describe the chaos is “unsightly”. But despite his unfriendly description, Mahiru continues to help the desperate Amane. Otonari no Tenshi-sama, Itsunomanika Dame Ningen or Sareteita Ken follow Amane while he is taken care of by Mahiru, who takes on various tasks from cleaning his apartment to preparing dinner. Is there anything the angel cannot do?
