Written and illustrated by the anime adaptation of the manga through the official website Koharu Ikami, Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid (The Duke of Death and his black maid), a special video compiling the best moments of the series has been released to announce the production of a sequel to the project. Details on this sequel will be announced shortly.
The first season of the series had a total of 12 episodes that can be enjoyed on the platform Funimation for Latin America. Ikami, for his part, publishes the manga via the portal Sunday webry from the publisher Shogakukan since October 2017.
Production team
- Yoshiki Yamakawa (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka, High score girl, Little Buster!) was responsible for directing the anime in the studios JCSTAFF in collaboration with studios SMDEwho edited the CGI animation.
- Hideki-Shirane (Boku no Kanojo ga Majimesugiru Sho bitch na Ken, Date a live, Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka) was responsible for writing and overseeing the scripts.
- Michiru Kuwabata (High score girl, Penguin no Mondai) was responsible for the character design.

Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid Synopsis
Cursed by a witch as a child, a young duke gained the unwanted power to kill every living being he touched. Forced to move away from his family and move into a large mansion deep in the forest, the Duke is treated as if he did not exist and is constantly shunned by his companions. However, he is not entirely alone. Rob and Alice, his butler and maid, are always by his side. Alice loves to tease him, and as their relationship grows, the Duke sets out to break free of his deadly curse. Of course he will need help, and who better to do that than the various denizens of the supernatural?
