On the official channel of the franchise Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon A four-minute video titled “USAGI BIRTHDAY SPECIAL MOVIE” was published, in commemoration of the birthday of the character Usagi Tsukino, today June 30. Video reveals transformation scenes from movies Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Eternal.
This two-movie series will be based on the “Dead Moon” arc of the original manga written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi, and is also announced as the fourth season of the series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal.
The first film was scheduled to be released in Japan on September 11, however, due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, it had to be delayed until January 8. For its part, the second film will be released on February 11.
