During a presentation at the event Jump Festa ’21, the production of an anime adaptation of the manga by Takeshi obata and illustrated by Tsugumi Ohba, Platinum finish. The series will premiere in the fall season 2021.
Obata and Ohba started publishing the manga in the magazine Jump SQ from the publisher Shueisha in November 2015. The publisher published the thirteenth compilation volume on September 13. The duo also wrote the manga Death reportwhich was published in the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha Between December 2003 and May 2006 a total of twelve compilation volumes were published.

- Hideya Takahashi ((Strike witches: road to Berlin, JoJo’s bizarre adventure: Golden Wind) is responsible for directing the anime in the studios Signal.MD.
- Kouji Oudate ((No game, no life) is responsible for the character design.
- Shinichi Inotsume ((Persona 5: The animation, Hayate no Gotoku!, Gangsta) is responsible for writing and monitoring the scripts.
Platinum End Synopsis
After the death of his parents, the young Mirai Kakehashi remains in the care of his abusive relatives. He has since grown gloomy and depressed, and attempted suicide the night he graduated from high school. However, he is saved by an all-white girl named Nasse, who presents herself as a guardian angel who wants to bring him happiness by giving him supernatural powers and the opportunity to become the new god of the world.
To win the position, you must defeat the other twelve candidates to become deities within the next 999 days. Mirai soon begins a struggle for survival when a terrible battle royale breaks out between him and the contestants who seek absolute power over the world.
