In August 2022 the new ONE PIECE movie. Already the name announced in November last year made it clear who would be one of the key characters of the film: Red Shanks. Rarely appearing in manga and always appearing in very important stages, the Emperor is one of the audience’s favorite characters.
The ONE PIECE: RED trailer brought him back into the game and revealed his big secret, which is that he has a daughter named Uta, a girl with half-red hair just like hers. Shanks will therefore be an important character for this film and will have a few appearances, although it’s not yet known when.
As the ONE PIECE: RED promotional material suggested, he is the secret character whose part of the dress was spotted. But now it’s official: Here it is Character design by Shanks in color in ONE PIECE: RED. The outfit chosen by the production is quite similar to that of the classic pirate, with a white shirt almost completely open, cape and trousers with a red background, but with some patterns printed. The emperor, however, does not have his straw hat, a sign that this design is being exploited for the present and therefore for himself recent appearances in ONE PIECE: RED and not just for a few memories.
