Initially, the Onigashima War consisted of only two factions: on one side stood the Mugiwara and their allies, the samurai and the Law and Kid crews; on the other hand there was Kaido with the pirates of the Hundred Beasts and Big Mom. But for some time now other characters have appeared in ONE PIECE who symbolize the entry of other factions into the game.

The CP0 moved on behalf of the World Government trying to capture Nico Robin, one of the threats that must be eradicated from ONE PIECE's story. Not satisfied, the heads of government have sent a contingent that is dangerously approaching Wano. The problem is that after the Emperors, the protagonists of the series will also have little strength to deal with them. The finale of the last chapter revealed a surprise in this sense: Zunisha has arrived near Wano and is ready to wreak havoc by revealing his power to the world.

What will happen in ONE PIECE 1038? As Luffy faces off against Kaido, a battle that will for now be devoted to the other events of Wano, the opening pages of the next chapter could focus squarely on the giant elephant's appearance, albeit for just a short time. In fact, Oda will try to keep the mystery as long as possible, only revealing Zunisha's thoughts at the end of the saga and showing snippets of the plot on her page.

However, it will be important to understand how CP0 will react was present on the island during this apparition. You will be notified and then have to make a decision on what to do as this situation will likely limit your support. And then there's another serious situation to bridge, like that of the fire demon summoned by Kanjuro, who finally could meet Yamato face to face in the Arsenal of Onigashima.

There are therefore many smaller situations that cannot be resolved at the next appointment. ONE PIECE 1038 will be released on MangaPlus on Sunday January 30th, 2022, due to a week off by Eiichiro Oda.
