My Hero Academy 6 ventures into the second cour of the season, a part that promises to be particularly complex for the protagonist and crucial to better understanding our hero’s state of mind. However, Studio BONES doesn’t seem to have fully implemented exactly this scene.
The introduction of Dark Deku, a version that summarizes the character’s psychological stress, exacerbated by the final battle against the villains, launched the Dark Hero Saga, a crucial narrative arc to better understand how the protagonist’s characterization evolves becomes.
Despite the epic aura that hides in this version of Midoriya, the scene of this apparition would not have completely convinced the congregation. According to some, in fact, BONES study he could have gone for a better design to improve his mood, just like in the opening. In the opening passage we actually notice Dark Deku appear against a dark, gray background, in stark contrast to the episode’s blue sky.
However, it is only a design decision, which in reality also coincides with the author’s vision in the manga, which has not and will not compromise the future of the saga, but what do you think of this reflection? Let us know by leaving a comment in the appropriate box below.
