All for One has many quirks that have long kept Japan in check and built an information network that even spans the entire world of My Hero Academia. His plan is to reestablish dominance across the globe, and to do that he’ll need many more quirks.
But the offensive launched by the heroes, made possible by the powers of Monoma and Shinso, revealed a big problem for them Enemy number 1 from My Hero Academia. All for One is also known to have a teleportation quirk, first found in a Nomu owned by Dr. Garaki was installed. However, compared to Kurogiri’s teleportation quirk, it highlighted how inferior it is.
Chapter 345 of My Hero Academia started phase 2 of the war and dragged All for One very far. Now the villain has to deal with Endeavor, Hawks, the Wild Wild Pussycats and many other high-profile heroes and cannot reach his collaborators. This is because his black slime based teleport quirk has one much shorter range and also cannot use teleportation on itself.
That of course puts him in check, but All for One will do whatever it takes to get out of that cage using brute force.
