In the present, the police are studying the situation and imagining one deep connection between All for One and Shigaraki that makes them able to communicate, unlike One for All. All Might wonders if this is really the case with Tsukauchi and Sansa while a world-class discussion is now taking place in another room. All countries are in turmoil, apparently due to the influence of All for One, and so many are reluctant to send heroes to Japan.
But the top heroes of the different countries are getting more and more restless and ready to go.
