One week after its launch on the Japanese market, the first Blu-ray BOX package of the anime adaptation of the manga by Ikumi hino, Megami-ryou not a Ryoubo-kun (Dormitory of the mother of the goddess), cumulative 1,080 copies sold. The package was launched in Japan on October 27th.
This pack was released in Japan on October 27th and contains episodes 1 through 5 of this adaptation with the fully uncensored version called “Fuuki Mamoru-kun See-through versionIt costs 16,500 yen (about $ 150) and benefits include a special booklet with illustrations and production materials, audio commentary, a drama CD, and promotional materials for the project.
The anime adaptation premiered in Japan in the 2021 summer season and ran a total of ten episodes. It was released in three different versions, two varying the level of censorship and one being completely uncensored, and the platform HIDIVE takes care of sales in the west. On the other hand, Hino started to publish the manga in the magazine Monthly Shonen ace from the publisher Kadokawa in December 2017.

Megami-ryou no Ryoubo-kun synopsis
Twelve-year-old Koushi Nagumo’s life suddenly falls apart when his father leaves him after their house burns down. Left to his own devices, Koushi collapses on the street, but an eccentric woman named Mineru Wachi takes pity on him and takes him to the “Megami-ryou” women’s residence. After learning of Koushi’s situation, Mineru, who happens to be the temporary director, invites her to become the official mother of the Megami-ryou dormitory. What awaits him, however, are the residents of the residence – each with their own quirky antics – like the androphobic but friendly Athena Saotome, the tomboy Kiriya Senshou, and Mineru himself, whose ruthlessness knows no bounds when it comes to science. Even so, Koushi is doing his best to fulfill the duties of this crazy new life.
