On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka, Kaguya-sama: love is warThe project’s third Blu-ray / DVD compilation of the second season has been reported to have accumulated 3,144 units sold since its launch on August 26 (i.e., week one).

This volume contains episodes 5 and 6 of the second season of the project and was released at a price of 7,000 yen plus tax on the Blu-ray version and 6,000 yen plus tax on the DVD version. The Blu-ray version sold 2,740 copies while the DVD version sold 404 copies.

This second season premiered on April 11th, had a total of twelve episodes, and retained the same production team and voice as the first season. Aka Akasaka, in turn, began to publish the manga in the magazine Miracle jump from the publisher Shueisha in May 2015 and made it into the magazine Weekly young jump The publisher published the 18th compiled volume on April 17th.
