During a special event, Japanese studio Tsuburaya Productions revealed plans for the near future. Among the various innovations, an ambitious crossover project was announced that will unite the Gridman universe with that of Dynazenon. Let’s get the first details about the film Gridman x Dynazenon.
By a majestic devotee, Tsuburaya productions showed the public the anime feature Gridman x Dynazenon, a crossover project that will expand the narrative universes of SSSS.Dynazenon and SSSS.Gridman.
During the event it was confirmed that Akira Amemiya, previously responsible for the two series, is commissioned by Studio trigger. He will be joined by other well-known faces such as screenwriter Keiichi Hasegawa, character designer Masaru Sakamoto and composer Shiro Sagisu.
For those who don’t know, SSSS.Gridman is a 2018 anime series inspired by the original tokusatsu Japanese version from 1999, while SSSS.Dynazenon is the sequel from 2021. In both series, the related protagonists fight against gigantic monsters, the Kaiju, next to their combat ‘Mechs.
