Summary of the full metal alchemist
Edward Elric, a brilliant young alchemist, has lost a lot in his twelve years of life: When he and his brother Alphonse tried to revive their mother through the forbidden act of human transmutation, Edward lost his brother and two members of her body. However, he managed to save his brother’s soul by embedding it in armor. A year later, Edward became a state alchemist and, accompanied by his younger brother, went on a journey to obtain a Philosopher’s Stone, which is said to expand the skills of an alchemist and open up the possibility of his brother’s body recovering his missing limbs.
