A few hours after its official launch on the MangaPlus digital platform, the Chapter 68 of Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations it was almost completely corrupted on the network. Chaos erupts in Konoha as our heroes return to the village. Where will Amado’s shady plan lead?
Chapter 68 of Boruto, titled “Brand,” begins with a title page dedicated to the protagonist. We see it shirtless Scar caused by Kawaki’s attack covered by the marks of karma.
The ninjas involved in the fight with Code have already returned home. Alla Foglia, Amado, Sai and Katasuke argue about Boruto and the fact that the boy is it a 100% Otsutsuki. Elsewhere, Kawaki awakens in the midst of an argument between Sumire, Shikamaru, Ibiki, and Naruto. Finally, Sasuke is seen again, claiming to have dug up important information about Code.
The scene then moves on to the trio formed by Code, Eida and Daemon. This one, now awake, rides Code as if it were his horse. The psychic explains that their collaboration will only continue if Kawaki is handed over to her.
It then returns to Konoha again, with Shikamaru abruptly turning to Amado. The Hokage Advisor demands explanations about Kawaki’s karma, but the two are interrupted by the arrival of Code, which exploits the brand behind Clan Nara’s ninja. The theories of Boruto 68 were thus confirmed.
However, Code is identified by the Leaf’s sensory team and blocked by Shikamaru’s shadow technique. In Amado’s lab, Delta wakes up too, who however appears to be siding with Konoha. The fight between the two former comrades of the Kara organization ignites.
