In June last year, immediately after the completion of the second season of Dropkick on My Devil, the production team had confirmed that a crowdfunding would be organized to finance the third season a minimum milestone of 20 million yen (approx. โฌ 165,000). Today the guys from Studio Nomad finally informed the fans about the situation.
Crowdfunding reached the required amount in just over 33 hours, posting donations of 21 million yen. The 30 million mark is now almost exceeded. Through a post posted on the anime’s official Twitter profile, the studio announced that the third season of Dropkick on My Devil! Dropkick on my devil! X., will be released in 2022.
We remind you that the dropkick on My Devil Manga, also known in Italy as A flying kick to my demon!, started serialization in April 2012 and currently has 15 volumes. The anime’s first season was released in July 2018, while the second landed globally last April and ended just before the start of summer. The anime has a total of 23 episodes plus a special.
