Toyotaro and Toriyama have grown accustomed to seeing Goku and Vegeta constantly in the spotlight, protagonists of all of the series’ defining battles. In Dragonball Super 79, however, the two Saiyans are set aside in favor of Granolah and Gas, who breathe life into the struggle between the fittest. This is how the network reacted.

Throughout all of Dragon Ball Super’s narrative strands, they always thought of facing the main opponents Goku and Vegeta. This time, however, to deal with Gas, who turned out to be the true enemy of the Granolah saga, it’s not the two, but the avenging Cerealian.

The Heeters took advantage of the clash between Goku, Vegeta and Granolah and managed that Dragon balls of the grain planet and to make a wish. Gas, the smallest of the group, is now the new one strongest fighter in the universe, even beyond Granolah, who had previously made the same request.

When the antagonist shows up in battle, he immediately knocks down his three enemies. With his last strength, however, Goku holds him back and gives Vegeta time to recover the last Senzuwho have favourited Granolah is given. The Saiyan Prince trusts that Fate of the worldor in the hands of his former rival.

The spectacular battle between Granolah and Gas sees Goku and Vegeta for the first time act as a spectator, and not from leading writers. That excited the community, who would like more space for the other characters.
