Dragon Ball Super: Superheroes brought back Gohan and Piccolo, two welcome returnees for the community closely linked to the Warriors of Z.

A few days ago it was announced that the technical sector of DBS: Super Hero was built around the Kame House, the legendary home of the Genius of the Turtles. What will happen since then alongside the franchise isn’t clear yet TOEI animation and Akira Toriyama are working in synergy on upcoming projects, one of which is a mysterious Dragon Ball web anime that will not be filler.

However, an interview with the producer of “Super Hero” recently appeared on the official website, Hayashida. The producer spoke about the particularly high cost of the latest film, an investment welcomed by the upper echelons of the TOEI and one that could well pay off in the future. Indeed, according to him,’Many of the film’s assets may be reused in the future to reduce production costs‘.

This doesn’t mean that the next Dragon Ball anime will necessarily be in CGI, but TOEI Animation could use different models for it maybe combine 2D and 3D techniques to cut costs, sort of a mix like we saw in DB Super: Broly. And you, on the other hand, what do you think of this eventuality? Let us know with a comment below.
