Without any doubt, Dragon Ball is the most famous manga in the world. Akira Toriyama’s work is still a smashing success today and has become a classic in global comic literature. All this is felt in Japan, so Shueisha has long since launched its own project.

The Dragon Ball Super Gallery project has been underway for more than a year to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the series. Akira Toriyama’s covers have therefore been redesigned by various mangakas known at home and in the rest of the world. The names that stand out so far are Masashi Kishimoto from Naruto, Eiichiro Ora from ONE PIECE, Tite Kubo from Bleach, Beelzebub’s Ryuhei Tamura, Assassination Classroom’s Yusei Matsui and more, with Boruto’s Mikio Ikemoto being one of the latest in chronological order to redesign a cover. but Who will be the next writer to redesign a Dragon Ball cover??

The announcement came on Saikyo Jump, which shared what the next mangaka at work will be. In a few weeks, the in-house magazine Shueisha will have the Reinterpretation by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, author known for Kuroko’s Basket. It is not known which volume will be the focus of this reinterpretation by Fujimaki. Which other author would you like to see?
