During the Cell saga in Dragon Ball Z, we met Trunks, a boy from the future. Over time we learn more details about his story, which is tragic because of the cyborgs. These dangerous beings resulted in the death of Future Gohan and a series of events that were not dealt with in the world of manga and anime.

With Dragonball Super Future Trunks’ timeline has been further explored, completely different from the one we saw. Bulma’s half Saiyan son is now the only true warrior who will stay alive in the future and therefore has the task of protecting the earth from enemies. But there is still something we don’t know about him, what it was extensively in the video game Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

With the new DLC for the tribes of the future, we learn that Trunks has trained alongside Kibith and Kaioshin and is practically taking Gohan’s place. Indeed, the boy managed to pull out the famous sword in which Kaioshin the Most High was trapped and trained to prevent the return of Majin Buu in his alternate timeline. And thanks to this training, he fought Darbula and Babidi and prevented the pink demon from waking up.

Meanwhile, a fan imagines his version of Black Trunks, or whether Zamasu originally took possession of it.
