the Tokyo Sky Tree, the tallest tower in Japan and the third tallest man-made man-made structure ever created, will shine in the colors of Demon Slayer twice, on September 25, 2021 for the first television broadcast of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, and starting September 21 2021 to January 20, 2022 to celebrate the start of the anime’s second season.
For the time being, Ufotable has limited itself to publishing the poster below, on which the four protagonists are depicted as well as the column of the insects Shinobu Kocho, another protagonist of the 2nd season. On the 25th of September the tower will glow red to celebrate Rengoku Kyojuro, Pillar of Flame and co-star of the record breaking Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, while changing colors starting October 21st to celebrate the return of Tanjiro’s group.
The choice of the day is particularly surprising on October 21, 2021what really could be the Demon Slayer 2 release date at this point. In all cases, the Tokyo Sky Tree initiative seems to confirm this the release date of the new episodes will be announced immediately after the first Mugen Train TVso we can expect an announcement on September 25th.
