expectations towards Burn the witchand with it the return of the master Tite Kubo, have been distorted and, if possible, amplified by the revelation that the work is set in the same universe as Bleach, and obviously this has triggered a search for references and details that seems to continue .. . today again.

The physical format release of the Burn the Witch manga, specifically the American edition, actually features a fairly hidden Easter egg, but it’s easy to spot if you look at the title against the light and the letters in relief on the outside of the box. To find out and spread the word on Reddit, user Heg_ featured the video at the bottom of the page. As the fan in the short clip shows, by tilting the ribbon slightly you can see how the only letters in relief read the word “bleaching“.

A certainly found original, and that was certainly what Kubo himself conceived while writing the chapters of Burn the Witch, as in the Design used for title of the work one could already see the marks and cuts forming the letter A in the w of “witch” and the unique cross forming an L in the t of “the”. Let us know what you think of this Easter egg? Let us know in the comments.

Finally we leave you the first indiscretions on the news of Burn the Witch.
