A press release reports that the light novels were written by Ichika Isshiki and illustrated by Fame, Boushoku no Berserk: Ore dake level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa suru (Gluttony Berserker), will have an anime adaptation. The press release did not reveal any production details or a planned release date.

Isshiki and Fame began publishing the light novels through the publisher micro magazine in November 2017. The publisher will release the eighth volume on October 28 in Japan. The work also inspires a manga adaptation of daisuke takinowhich will be published in the digital magazine Weird ride from the publisher micro magazine since March 2018.
