A leak from the next issue of the magazine Weekly shōnen jump confirms that the manga is written and illustrated by Tite Kubo, bleaching, will have important announcements in the next July 4 issue of the magazine. The information is related to the anime Bleach: Sennen Kessen hen (Bleach: Thousand Years of Blood War), which is scheduled to premiere in Japan next October.
It is worth remembering that the franchise has already confirmed its participation in the event Anime Expo 2022specially for next July 2nd with the voice actors in English Michelle Ruff (Rukia), Dan Woeren (Byakuya) and wally winks (Renji) as panelist. Both media outlets are then expected to publish the same information about the project.
Tite Kubo published the original manga in the magazine Weekly shōnen jump from the publisher shueisha between August 2001 and August 2016, compilation of the work in a total of 74 volumes. The piece inspired an anime adaptation produced by Studio PierrotLed by Noriyuki Abeaired between October 2004 and March 2012, for a total of 366 episodes.
- Tomohisa Taguchi (Twin Star Exorcists, Kino's Journey - The Beautiful World, Akudama Drive) replaced Noriyuki Abe towards the project Studio Pierrot.
- Masashi Kudo (Naruto, Bleach, Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch) returns to take charge of character design and animation direction.
- Shirou Sagisu (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Black Bullet) is responsible for composing the soundtrack.
Synopsis for Bleach
Ichigo Kurosaki is an ordinary high school student until his family is attacked by a Hollow, a corrupting spirit that attempts to devour human souls. He then meets a soul reaper named Rukia Kuchiki, who is injured while protecting Ichigo's family from the attacker. In order to save his family, Ichigo accepts Rukia's offer to take over their powers, thereby becoming a Soul Reaper.
However, with Rukia unable to regain her own power, Ichigo faces the daunting task of hunting down the Hollows that plague his town. However, he is not alone in his struggle as he is later joined by his friends: classmates Orihime Inoue, Yasutora Sado and Uryuu Ishida, who have their own unique abilities. As Ichigo and his comrades adjust to their new responsibilities and support each other on and off the battlefield, the young Soul Reaper will soon find that the hollows are the least of his problems.
