Berserk represents one of the pillars of Japanese comics, a reference work for fans of Dark Fantasy, able to influence generations of artists, like the developers of Team17, the authors of Blasphemous, who have chosen to include a very special one in the DLC To pick up an object dedicated to this the master Kentaro Miura.
Regarded by critics as a decent Metroidvania, Blasphemous has managed to capture the interest of many fans of the genre specifically for the Art style, atmosphere and level of difficulty Offered to players. All the elements that bring the penitent’s adventure closer to and manifest the dramatic existence of Gatsu the meaning that Miura’s masterpiece continues to have.
However, it came as a big surprise that user Cherry-Pez identified where the Crimson heart of a Miura, a clear homage to the late mangaka.
