Code isn’t Isshiki’s only dangerous legacy. Eida, the all-seeing cyborg, has had it easy lately keep the leaf village ninja at bay. However, Amado’s sinister plan in Boruto 71 allows Konoha to ally with the former enemy.
Threatened with death by Code, Amado proves what she is again skillful manipulator. Ex-scientist Kara reminds the girl that she doesn’t have to become an enemy of Konoha and that she can still accept Shikamaru’s offer in time to stay at the Leaf to live alongside Kawaki. This triggers the Kara Civil War in Boruto 71. Out of jealousy, Code collides verbally with Eida and then physically with Daemon, causing him to flee.
With Naruto and Sasuke now deprived of their maximum potential, Konoha needed new alliesand Amado may have found the right ones. Eida and Demon could protect the Leaf if Momoshiki regained control of Boruto, or from a new attack from Code.
However, this could also prove to be adouble-edged weapon. If Kawaki refused Eida, the girl would lose control and unleash her brother Daemon’s mocking rage. This would make the code plan much easier.
However, we must not forget that Amado somehow controls Kawaki’s body and that he could force him to return the love of Eida. There are several potential dynamics, some of which are anticipated by Boruto 72’s spoilers.
