Black clover is one of the most well-known realities of the current publishing landscape of Weekly Shonen Jump. Although Yuki Tabata hadn’t built an imaginary and properly original plot, she still managed to build a fascinating story in the name of magic and friendship.
By the end of the first season of Black Clover, the TV equivalent of the original paper front had come dangerously close, as only a little more than 10 chapters separated the anime from the manga. The stop was therefore necessary so that the employees could regain valuable time and work more calmly on an already ailing production in the Pierrot Studio.
In any case, the franchise could return to the protagonist soon, maybe in the next few weeks during the Jump Festival 2022, the most important event of the publishing giant Shueisha. Tatsuya Yoshihara, Director of the anime, posted a post in the last few hours inviting Black Clover fans to tune in to the event. Yuki Tabata’s manga will even be a guest at Jump Festa with its own panel, and the event’s showcase could be ideal for announcing a possible sequel or a feature film.
And you, on the other hand, what do you expect on December 18th and 19th? Please let us know as usual with a comment below.
