On the official page for the animated adaptation of light novels written by Ceez and illustrated by Tenmaso, Leadale no Daichi nite (In the land of Leadale) the first promotional video of the project was released. The statement confirmed that the series premiered in Japan in January 2022.
Ceez began publishing the novels through the independent service Shousetsuka ni Narou in November 2010 and graduated in December 2012. It then published six chapters after the work was completed between 2013 and 2019, while the publisher Kadokawa publishes it in print with images of Tenmaso since January 2019.
