Kanojo mo Kanojo - Chapter 11: Hot Spring Stereotypes

Rika wanted to use the time alone that she had unexpectedly got with Naoya. The situation isn't the best possible, however, but she still manages to get him to talk to her for 5 minutes. In which he asks about his taste, his dreams and his future. Once they're done, he keeps his word and lets him go to continue hunting Nagisa.

Naoya moves over the roof of the inn again and falls into the ladies' room, which Shino was in at the time. She also took the opportunity to ask Naoya about her possible relationship with more than one partner. Point out the disadvantages of such a relationship with society. Naoya is cornered and tries to escape the path he arrived on, but is stopped by Shino, causing both of them to land on the floor, just as Nagisa and Saki happen to walk into the bathroom .

When they both entered the bathroom, they found the scene of Shino naked on Nayoa, who had dropped her pants. The scene shocked Saki more than Nagisa, who took the opportunity to take pictures as material to threaten Shino and avoid further questions from him.

The effort of the heroines

Even though Kanojo mo Kanojo - Chapter 11 I think the four heroines had their main role, one of them in my opinion was the one that stood out the most. I mean Rika. If I review a little of her love story with Naoya and how she was treated, there's already come a point where I feel a little sorry for her. Rika tried to get closer to Naoya, both in an "offensive" way with her feminine charms and in a more passive way to get to know him better and for him to get to know her better with a simple 5 minute round of questions. In general, I've seen Rika go to much more effort to conquer it than Saki or Nagisa.

I don't mean by that they didn't. Nagisa, for example, has already spoken in previous episodes the many hours she spent practicing cooking, preparing Naoya's lunch so she could go to confession (with her exertion behind the scenes). And Saki ... well, Saki had the advantage that the doorman was in love with her a long time ago.

Back to Rika. When I compare her efforts to Nagisa's, I feel like it's not proportional at all. Putting myself in Naoya's shoes, I would give the person who has been constantly interacting with me more opportunities to get closer than the person who just delivered lunch and confessed without seeing her.

Because of this, if only one could win (which will not happen according to the same author's comment), I can confirm that I would support Rika as the one who should stick with the protagonist. I like her personality a lot more than Naoya's two current friends. It's too early to compare her to Shino, but I think she would be his "only" rival.

Hot springs = "Trama" = fan service

As expected, this episode was packed with scenes Ecchi with enough Fan service. However, I was impressed with the fact that there was censorship, especially since it was overly obvious censorship. Much more than I remember had the same manga.

This is not an anime with one Ecchi very explicit, that is, I don't remember them showing any nipples or anything like that. For what I see in completely unnecessary censorship Kanojo mo Kanojo - Chapter 11. Again, especially since it struck me as insolently obvious. If it had been more subtle, for example a much denser vapor in general (or not just in some parts) I wouldn't have seen a problem.

The positive side of this censorship is that it gave me hope that the Blu-ray doesn't have it to show these scenes a little differently. Of course, I don't see that much will change in the scene either.

More specifically, I think there are two scenes with one or both types of "plot"The first is the one I mentioned earlier about Rika's efforts to get closer to Naoya. Not only do I think it gave the character a better foundation, it also showed the"plot" ecchi how much I expected from her.

And the second is the scene where Shino is interrogating Naoya in the bathroom. Start with Fan service what the setting involved, and saw no problem that she wasn't as well endowed as the other heroines. However, I also believe that this scene was the one that brought the story forward the most Kanojo mo Kanojo - Chapter 11. Since it is the interpretation of a "Normal person“Which is determined by what society sees as normal for them, but which does not necessarily include everyone. But at the same time I felt 'sadness'in her words, as if everything she said wasn't addressed directly to Naoya.

In any case, the next episode will be the last. So I will not deny that I am waiting for an announcement confirming the continuation of the series to see more development from Shino (who has just presented it and has already shown "plot“), And continue to watch Rika's incidents to achieve her goal.

By the way, I felt all right about customizing this arch of hot springs. With a few minor changes, but nothing that advances the history of the arch or that has left anything important. For me, this is the most adapted sheet of all that has appeared in Kanojo mo Kanojo.

And of course the author's reference to bananas / plantains could not be missing. Fortunately, the character associated with this fruit wasn't obsessed with it this time around.

Sweety Otaku

One of the best parts of watching anime is how many times a show can surprise you. Sometimes for good, sometimes for bad. But if the Otaku know one thing, it's that anything is possible.
