Organized by Kenjaku, the culling game put a strain on both Yuji and Megumi, but also demonstrated some preparation on the part of Yuta Okkotsu and Kinji Hakari, other fairly relevant characters in the narrative of Jujutsu Kaisenable to face quite dangerous opponents and make the most of their skills.

The new antagonist introduced in the previous chapters, the up-and-coming mangaka Charles Bernard certainly represents an outbreak of akutami I respect the initial criticism of his own work, which later proved more unstable than it first appeared. Determined to fight and find reasons to attack Kinji, Charles quickly revealed his cursed techniqueallowing him to spot enemy movements a few seconds in advance.

However, the willingness and quickness allowed Hakari to counter Bernard’s ability to attack him from his blind spots and then choose to rely on the extension of his domain: the Idle Death Gamble. And it’s right with an explanation of the extension which opens Chapter 183, available on Manga Plus. Hakari’s best technique is linked to a real pachinko machine, a famous Japanese game of chance but dedicated to the characters of the manga created by Bernard, Private Pure Love Train.

A Summary of the Tripartite Rules are abruptly interrupted by Charles, who intends to fight Hakari directly. The most important thing Bernard understands is that if he manages to get the desired results and the jackpot, Hakari will lose. Being in enemy domain, Charles cannot use his powers to predict the outcome.

Seeing this as a major violation of his work, Charles reacts, noting the unfolding of the events they bet on in the background, manages to meet Kinjionly to find out shortly afterwards that he lost.
