On the official page for the manga written and illustrated by Shindeiru Hotondo, Isekai OjisanIt has been reported that the work has more than one million copies in circulation, accumulated in the four compilation volumes published to date.
Hotondo began to publish the manga on the website ComicWalker from the publisher Kadokawa in June 2018. The publisher published the fourth compilation volume on April 23 and will publish the fifth on October 23.
Synopsis of Isekai Ojisan
Takafumi’s uncle had been in a coma for a total of seventeen years after being hit by a truck. However, one day he woke up and told Takafumi that he had been in another world all along. Of course, he never took it seriously until his uncle tells him that that’s where he learned to use magic and … he can really use it!
