An interview between the authors will be published on June 9th Hajime isayama ((Shingeki no Kyojin) Y. Hiromu Arakawa ((Full metal alchemist), and a user on the Chinese platform Weibo leaked some of the content. As every time there is a leak, the information should always be taken as a rumor until official confirmation is released. On the other hand, the user listed the following points of interest:
- «The last volume by Shingeki no Kyojin will contain eight additional pages, mostly from the spin-off manga Shingeki no School Caste».
- «For Isayama, the ending of the manga was something very difficult to write, something that was way beyond his ability to write. Isayama feels that he couldn’t get across what he originally intended to do in the manga.».
- «Originally, on the last page of the last chapter, three people were supposed to walk towards a tree, but Isayama decided to make changes after talking to his editor.».
- «Although Armin seemed to approve of the idea of genocide in the manga, Isayama believes this was due to poor writing on his part. Eren’s actions were terrible and Armin, he says, did not approve of them. Even though Armin didn’t understand the situation when he last said goodbye to Eren, he still mentions “Thank you for turning yourself into a murderer for us” to show his complicity and to stay by his side».
- «Isayama’s favorite chapter was chapter 69. In fact, chapters 69 and 71 are scenarios that don’t follow the main story».
- «Isayama was very happy to write the eighth story arc, the Marley Arc. The author claimed that he sketched the battle of chapter 91 with considerable concentration».
- «Isayama’s favorite scene was the one with the Titan Jaw in chapter 104 because it was the pinnacle of his quality and drawing technique. This also shows why there weren’t any similar action scenes in the future.».

Summary by Shingeki no Kyojin
A century ago humans were threatened with extinction when an unbeatable and terrible enemy appeared: the titans, gigantic monsters that devoured much of humanity and forced the few survivors to lock themselves behind high walls. Behind these walls stands Eren Jaeger, a boy who dreams of crossing them to see the outside world and who lives his everyday life with his parents, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman and his friend Armin Arlert.
One fateful day, however, humanity remembers its fate when a gigantic 60-meter titan appears in front of the first row of walls, protecting people from their most formidable enemy. So Eren, Mikasa and Armin lose their home and all hope, while our protagonist takes an oath: His life goal will be to destroy all titans. Thus begins a story of survival and war in which its characters must solve the mystery behind the existence of these terrible beings.
