Few characters appeared in Neon Genesis Evangelion, with the attention mainly paid to the boys climbing on top of the giant humanoid robots ready to defend humanity from the angels. In fact, the three young pilots are the real stars of the series that Hideaki Anno created in the 90s.
Shinji Ikari is the true protagonist of the story, partly loved, partly hated by the audience, and as the episodes progressed he was together with Asuka Soryu Langley, another 14 year old girl and EVA-02 pilot with whom she has a contradicting and changing relationship. The peculiarity of the relationship between the two protagonists of Neon Genesis Evangelion is shown several times during the series, including in the cryptic ending to End of Evangelionwhere only the two remain on stage.
Russian cosplayer Shirogane-sama has dressed Asuka with artistic and well-made cosplay several times, but this time she decided to be accompanied by another cosplayer, Wolfoty. Together the two decided to have a Neon Genesis Evangelion-themed cosplay in which Asuka and Shinji are together with the girl on the ground and in the protagonist's arms.
A Asuka and Shinji Cosplay really well done and that shows the love these cosplayers have for the series.
