magazine Variety entertainment revealed that Netflix and Ubisoft are working on a new anime series based on the video game franchise Tom Clancy’s splinter cell. Derek Kolstad, serial author John Wickwill be responsible for writing and producing the series. Details such as production personnel or release date have not yet been released, and no reports have been made as to whether a Japanese studio will be responsible for animating the project.
Derek Kolstad is currently working on a live action adaptation of the popular video game saga. Hitman as well as in a film adaptation of the video game franchise Just cause.
About Tom Clancys Splinter group
The first game in the Splinter Cell series was released in November 2002 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X consoles. The saga then won six more titles. The franchise has a number of novels and an adaptation for a live action film has also been announced, but the tape has not been fully produced and its status has been interrupted.
