A leak from the social network Weibo assured that the manga is written and illustrated by Marcey Naitou, Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (Amagami household matchmaking), will have an anime adaptation. The leak didn’t reveal any production details or an expected release date, so we’ll have to wait for official confirmation.

Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi

Marcey Naitouwas the author’s assistant Negi Haruba in the manga by Gotoubun no Hanayome (The quintessence of the quintuplets), started publishing the manga through the magazine Weekly Shōnen Magazine from the publisher kodansha in April 2021. He had previously released this story as a one-shot in December 2020, but it gained enough notoriety to make it his first sequel work.

Summary of Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi

The series follows Uryuu Kamihate, a high school student who aspires to pass the entrance exams to Kyoto University’s medical school. After spending much of his life in an orphanage after the death of his mother, he comes to the Amagami Shrine where the chief priests ask him to marry one of their three granddaughters. Uryuu and the Amagami sisters also have to deal with various problems, such as the threatened closure of the sanctuary for financial reasons. Flashforwards imply that Uryuu will end up marrying one of the sisters.
