After some initial sterile controversy, the last season of Attack of the Giants continues to receive support from the entire community. One of the keenest fans of Hajime Isayama’s work seems to be our native Giacomo Bevilacqua, who paid homage to his Japanese colleague with a great illustration by Levi Ackerman.
On his social media profiles, Bevilacqua shared his latest sketch, a wonderful illustration of the captain of the Special Operations Squad of the attack of the giants. The sketch shows the “strongest soldier of mankind” stand up for his men with sword in hand and grim look. Beyond that, one of the opera cities can be admired in the background.
The magnificent work of art by Giacomo Bevilacqua is neither the first nor the last dedicated to the attack of the giants. In response to his fans, the Italian cartoonist stated that he had “gotten a taste” for this type of work and that the next step would be to create something one of the female protagonists of Isayama’s work.
For those who unfortunately do not know him, Giacomo Bevilacqua was born in 1983 and is one of the cartoonists most influential in the Italian scene Contemporary. His most successful work is “A Panda Likes”, a series of independent comics that tell the story of a panda who embodies the vices and virtues of the common man.
This is where the special giants stay in eight spectacular paintings from The Attack of the Giants. Eren looks like a painting on an official cover of The Attack of the Giants.
