The world of Jojo's bizarre adventure follows the story of the entire Joestar family with all its legitimate, illegitimate and offshoots. Joestar, Kujo, the son of God: all the protagonists in one way or another throughout the eight series awaiting the arrival of the ninth Jojo Land. However, there are stories dedicated to other characters.

Having created so many characters over time, Araki has resulted in some of them being unknowingly very popular with audiences. The most striking example is Rohan Kishibe, the mangaka who appeared in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. The hero then returned in various ways becomes the protagonist of the series Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan. The mangaka, the protagonist of several oneshots, volumes, light novels and even an anime distributed by Netflix, returns with new stories.

Shueisha's official Jump J-Books website announced the arrival of Kishibe Rohan wa Taorenai (Kishibe Rohan Doesn't Fall), a new short story light novel releasing on December 19 in Japan. Novelist Ballad Kitaguni will write the three new stories dedicated to Rohan Kishibe. This is the third volume dedicated to the character, with the first two being published in previous years.
