Deku’s anger hasn’t completely subsided in the words of Mirio Togata and we see it in the opening pages of the My Hero Academia 368 spoilers. Deku is ready to fight while Nana Shimura’s manifestation watches the enemy and his son’s face.
But Shigaraki wants to fight Deku anticipates it by exploiting the second owner’s quirk: Gear Shift. If you use it, it has a five-minute limit and can shift with the gearbox and change the speed of whatever it’s touching. So he starts hitting Shigaraki, transitions from second to third, then fourth “Top” and finally hits his opponent with a Detroit Smash in fifth gear “Overdrive”.
