In the last few days we were able to see for the first time the trailer of Shaman King, which is dedicated to the new anime from the Bridge studio. We also point out this interesting discussion on Twitter from Seiji Mizushima in which he reveals some of the background to the first series.

On the occasion of the release of the trailer the director of the animated implementation aired in 2001, shared some reflections on the new series on the famous social platform run by Joji Furuta, famous for his work in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Reviving the Commandments“:”With a new season after 20 years, I think it would have been interesting to entrust the series to someone who already has experience with Shaman King. Even so, the new line-up is absolutely fantastic and I find it very interesting that the voice actors and the rest of the team are connected to the previous work! It seems it will transpose the entire manga, so I’m curious to see Shaman King again in the style of director Furuta“.

Then he goes on and talks about his work: “At least the reason why L.A second part of Shaman King was different from the manga that came about because of a request from Shueisha. It wasn’t my decision!“. Do you remember that the new season of the show will be published in the course of 2021, in the meantime we report on our special for the restart of the Shaman King.
