A press release reported that the manga was written and illustrated by Chiyo Kenmotsu, RPG Fudousan ((RPG real estate), will have an anime adaptation. The statement included a promotional image but did not include production details or a planned release date.
Kenmotsu started publishing the manga through the magazine Manga time Kirara Karat from the publisher Houbunsha in April 2018. The publisher released the first compilation volume in May 2019, followed by the second in March 2020, while the third will be published on April 27 in Japan.
The author has also participated in other literary franchises like Aroma-chan wa Konya mo Hazukashii, Josei Danshi, Pocket Monster BW: Good partners, Sora no kain Y. Umisaki lilacHowever, this is the first of his works to receive an anime adaptation.
Synopsis of RPG Fudousan
The story begins fifteen years after the defeat of the Demon King and the peaceful world. Graduating from high school and becoming a sorceress, Kotone sought help from the Kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate (literally “Real Estate RPG”) to find a new home. In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone’s place of work, and together with Fa, a half-man, Priestess Rufuria and Private Rakira, they assist in finding new homes for clients under various circumstances.
