As we await the release of the Pokémon Sword and Shield TCG cards, slated for early 2023, comes a new initiative from England, with The Pokémon Company partnering with the Football Association of England. For TCG lovers, the project has turned into an adorable one Promo card of Pikachu playing soccer.

The paper Pikachu on the ballThe one you'll find below is just the latest in a series of five stickers that make up the Futsal Promo collection, created in collaboration between The Pokémon Company and the English Football Association, or the body that deals with the promotion of the Futsal in Great Britain.

The pocket monsters have therefore become the protagonists of the Master The Game campaign, which aims to introduce young English players to futsal (or futsal) through a real National Youth Team Championship which took place between 2021 and 2022. To commemorate the mastery and success of the project, The Pokémon Company has released five promo cards, the last of which is precisely the one dedicated to Pikachu.

The five figures, in addition to the Pokémon mascot, also show Eevee and the eighth generation starters Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble: The idea is to put together a kind of Pokemon "dream team" for futsal, as each of the five little monsters depicted wears a soccer uniform and dribbles a special Pokeball.

The five cards may soon become much sought after by collectors, as they can only be obtained by participating in the Pokémon Futsal program or by purchasing Pokémon products for at least £15 from a UK GAME chain store while stocks last. In short, if you don't plan a trip to the UK within a few days, that's quite difficult for you to manage Get a Pokemon Futsal.
