Synopsis of Shiro Suna no auatrop

The story takes place in the Gama Gama Aquarium, a small aquarium in Okinawa, an hour by bus from Naha. Kukuru Misakino is an 18-year-old student who works there and knows the “secret” of the aquarium: sometimes there are mysterious things to be seen. One day Kukuru runs into Fuuka, who is standing in front of a water tank with his hair down and a tear on his cheek. Fuuka has given up her dream of becoming an idol and has fled Tokyo to Okinawa. Fuuka wants to find a place to belong and asks Kukuru for a job in the aquarium. So follows the story of Kukuru and Fuuka, who grapple with the problems of the aquarium’s mystery and the looming crisis before it is possibly closed.
