For the past few months the web has been doing its best (or worst if you prefer) sourcing potential cast members for the live action of ONE PIECE Netflix brand. Let's see together some of the fancasts that have emerged from this.

We've already talked about the highly rated Cole Sprouse in the roles of Sanji and Emily Rudd as Nami, and Lewis Tan has long been rumored as a possible performer of Zoro.

For now, however, it appears that COVID-19 is not a little hampering the production of the series, and auditions have not yet started, leaving virtually every door open (apparently, the live action becomes a very diverse cast as we try have to show even more consistency compared to the manga).

So who was selected by the web as its counterpart in the flesh and blood of Straw hat crew and partner?

The CBR site made itself a few months ago fantasy (which you can find in full by clicking the source link on the news below) and questioning familiar faces from cinema and television like Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things) who were selected to have Luffy, Naomi Scott (Aladdin) as Nami or even play Zac Efron (The Greatest Showman) as Zoro. Among the other roles mentioned we have Florence Pugh (Black Widow) as Nico Robin, Donald Glover (Atlanta) as Chopper and Sebastian Stan (The falcon and the winter soldier) as interpreters for none other than Shanks Il Rosso.

Perhaps the most peculiar choices, however, are Cole Sprouse (Riverdale) himself, not as Sanji but as Usopp, and John Cena (The Suicide Squad) as interpreter for the villain Arlong.

Less based on a Hollywood trend, but still full of names of a certain notoriety, it's instead a Reddit fancast (the full version of which is always shown below) who tries as much as possible, albeit with a certain license, to the Nationalities of holding onto inspiration for the characters.

So we have relatively new faces like Diego Tinoco (On My Block) for Luffy, Mackenyu (Pacific Rim: Uprising) for Zoro and Dilan Gwyn (Dracula Untold) for Nami, while Tyler James Williams (Dear White People) is mentioned as Usopp and Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries) as Nico Robin.

Plus we have Orlando Bloom (Pirates of the Caribbean) as Shanks, Jim Carrey (The Mask) as Buggy and Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan) as Arlong. Also interesting is the pairing of Stephen Lang (Avatar) with Silvers Rayleigh.

These are just a few of the fantasies that can be found on the internet, but there are so many, with the most varied and varied of possibilities.

What do you think of the ones listed here? Do you think they saw us right or didn't they take us away at all? And who do you want in their respective roles instead? Let us know in the comments.
