On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Yuki Midorikawa, Natsume Yuujinchoua new promotional image was published for the project Natsume Yuujinchou: Ishi Okoshi to Ayashiki Raihousha.
The project will consist of two episodes entitled “Ishi Okoshi” and “Ayashiki Raihousha”. The statement revealed that this project will debut on January 16, 2021 at Shinjuku Forest 9 in Tokyo and that the voice actress Hisako Kanemoto joined the guest cast as a guest, played Mitsumi.
Midorikawa, in turn, began to publish the manga in the magazine LaLa from the publisher Hakusensha in January 2005 and to date, 25 compilation volumes have been published. The work inspired six seasons of an anime adaptation that added 74 studios-produced episodes in total Brain base (1-52) and studies Shuka (53-74) from July 2008.

Synopsis by Natsume Yuujinchou: Ishi Okoshi on Ayashiki Raihousha
The project will consist of two stories: “Ishi Okoshi” and “Ayashiki Raihousha”. In “Ishi Okoshi” Natsume meets a little youkai named Mitsumi in a forest. Mitsumi’s task is to awaken the divine youkai “Iwatetsu” from his deep sleep. Mitsumi weighs heavily on Natsume, however, and sets off to help him with his homework.
In “Ayashiki Raihousha” a mysterious visitor appears in front of Tanuma. Almost every day this mysterious guy visits Tanuma, talks to him a little and then leaves. Natsume, who has already realized that the visitor is a youkai, is concerned about Tanuma, but Tanuma enjoys the time he is spending with the youkai. Although the youkai does not try to harm him, Tanuma’s health begins to fail.
