The narrative universe of Naruto continues its sequel, Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations, but even so, Masashi Kishimoto could have expanded the plot by exploring the background of some of the Leaf Village’s most famous ninja. Here are five Konoha Shinobi that deserve a series of their own.

The first spin-off Kishimoto could take care of is the one dedicated to Hiruzen Sarutobi, who trained the three legendary sannins. The main series never explored the story behind it one of the most experienced ninja in Konoha and a parallel work might show how he inherited Hokage’s position from Tobirama. In addition, this series would explain how Hiruzen managed to control all five natures of the chakra and tell the stories of the little Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade.

Impossible not to mention Jiraiya, possibly the funniest, most charismatic, powerful, and brightest character in the entire series. Many aficionados feel that the Sannin has not been shown enough, aside from the time he has spent training Naruto and his mission in the Rainy Village. A manga that focused on his character could tell his romantic journey in search of true love and tells of his epic exploits.

Shisui Uchiha is considered by many to be similar one of the strongest of his clan. Their potential has therefore been largely wasted. Despite his young age, Shisui was able to use a jutsu that could teleport him, as well as one of the most powerful genjutsu, the kotoamatsukami, a technique that allows him to manipulate the minds of others.

The fame of Sakumo Hatake, better known as the White Muzzle of the Leaf, even rivals that of the legendary Sannin. However, he hides behind Kakashi’s father an aura of mystery. As we know, sacrifice would be the focus of the spin-off, but this series may finally shed light on Kakashi’s past and father figure.

A series about Minato Namikaze would be absolutely inevitable and it would complete a trilogy composed of the adventures of Naruto and Boruto. The Yellow Leaf Flash is widely regarded as the fastest, most glamorous and most iconic ninja in the entire ninja world. His flying Raijin Jutsu enables him to create space-time doors with which he can transport himself on any surface he has marked. With this technique we would have seen some of the best fights. What other character do you think deserves a spin-off? Six years ago one of the most exciting episodes of Naruto Shippuden aired. The Nine-Tailed Fox unleashes its power in this Naruto cosplay bodypaint.
