With the numerous publications of Planet Manga in our country, we know the works of Shuzo Oshimi well. His career in the manga world is well known by now, as is the author’s psychology and spelling, which deserves the respect of many critics and a niche audience.
During his career he published the manga Inside Mari, Aku no Hana – The flowers of evil, Happiness, Chi no Wadachi – Traces of Blood and Okaeri Alice, the latter two run monthly. Shuzo Oshimi turned out to be a very productive and sui generis mangaka, and several times during his career he has been associated with another professional in the industry.
In an interview with Maybe magazine Shuzo Oshimi has stated that Inio Asano is his rival. The two often met in Japan through some interviews and the public often turns to them for the subjects covered, very special compared to the plethora of generic mangas produced by the various Japanese magazines.
The creator of Good night Punpun, Solanin, What a Wonderful World is now busy releasing Dedede Destruction of Dead Dead Demon and has not responded to the testimony of colleagues. The two authors are again connected not only through the topics they designed and produced.
