It was reported to be the first compiled Blu-ray volume of the anime Love life! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai ((Love life! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club) have sold 22,345 copies within a week of their release in Japan.
The volume was released on December 24th in Japan and contains only the first episode of the series and a ticket for the first day of “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Shuffle Festival! “, Which will take place in March 2021. The Blu-ray version (the only one that's released) costs just 4,500 yen (about $ 43).
The series premiered on October 3rd in Japan and ran for a total of thirteen episodes. Although some promotions have already confirmed the production of a second season (as well as the background of other series in the franchise), this has not been officially confirmed.

Synopsis of Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai
The Idol Club is buried in the numerous clubs of Nijigasaki High School. While the club lacks popularity, it definitely doesn't lack potential. During their debut, together with colleagues Ayumu Uehara and Yuu Takasaki, they were able to gain a considerable audience.
The duo are delighted to be working on joining the club. However, they are disappointed to learn that it has just been disbanded. Ayumu doesn't believe things should end there, however, so they along with Yuu begin to restore the school's idol club in hopes of recreating the accomplishments that once blinded them. Love life! Idol Doukoukai from Nijigasaki Gakuen School highlights the reformed Idol Club as they recruit the two former club members along with other newcomers. How will these girls take the first step towards their dreams and gain fame in the idol world?
