Today is not only a day of celebration, but also a day of mourning as this morning it was confirmed the disappearance of a face so dear and important to the animation industry. We're talking about Yuji Nunokawa, the founder and president of Pierrot Studio.

The studio in question has taken on several fairly important projects, most notably the adaptation of Masashi Kishimoto's masterpiece, Narutoand the new season of Bleach. The animation company known as Pierrot was actually founded by Nunokawa and from Hisayuki Toriumi in the now distant 1979 and since then they are the protagonists of the transposition of numerous souls.

The studio is now among the best known in the sector, having had the honor of animating, in addition to the projects mentioned above, projects of international format such as: Tokyo Ghoul, Black Clover and many other series. Unfortunately, Pierrot's official channels confirmed this today through a press release Death of the company founder and consultant, President Nunokawa, aged 75. In addition to his duties, Yuji has served as executive producer on most of the house's titles, most notably Bleach and Naruto.

The whole world of Japanese animation hangs on the President's family and thanks him for giving life to the studio that today has given us those series that have built the childhood and growth of millions of fans around the world .
