The editorial Micro Magazine announced that the light novels written by Hirotsugu Ryusen, Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja will be adapted to anime.
Ryusen began publishing the novels on the website Shousetsuka ni Narou in April 2012, and is still in publication. The publisher Micro Magazine began its publication on paper with illustrations from Fuzichoco in June 2014. The publisher published the thirteenth volume on May 22, and the series recently reached one million copies in circulation.
A manga adaptation by Dicca Suemitsu is published on the website Comic ride of the Micro Magazine publisher since July 2016. The publisher published the sixth compilation volume on January 30.
Synopsis of Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja
The story centers on Kagami Sakimori, a VRMMO game player in which he is one of the game's new great sages, the stoic summoner Dunbalf. After a game session, he decides to go to sleep, but when he wakes up he discovers that he has been introduced into the game, and that he has now taken the form of a beautiful girl.
