On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the role-playing game for smartphones of Sega, Hydrangea Saga, the first promotional video of the project was published. The video reveals that the series will premiere in January 2021.

For its part, Sega released the game for devices iOS and Android on April 22, 2015. Players take on the role of a young feudal lord who discovers the secrets of the Hydrangea Kingdom through battles and encounters.
Further, Put jea and Seiji they are in charge of publishing a manga adaptation of the game, which is serialized in the magazine Monthly Comic Alive from the publisher Kadokawa since last March 27.

Hortensia Saga description
An official synopsis for this adaptation has yet to be described, however the original game allows players to set up teams of five characters of different classes and abilities to fight in 3 × 3 cell spaces. Each class is capable of attacking and influencing the flow of battle in its corresponding cells.
